Rent the entire house

For a minimum stay of 6 days, subject to availability, you can rent the entire house for your family or friends, accommodating up to 7 guests. Please note that the house is not suitable for young children.

Certain areas remain exclusively for the owners’ use. The owners will be present for your arrival and departure.

The rental includes house linens and pool towels, WiFi Internet access, initial and final disinfection. An end-of-stay cleaning fee is required from the tenant.

Private Rental of the Entire House

You will have 210m² (2,260 sq ft) at your disposal, including:

3 bedrooms
3 bathrooms + toilets
Multiple living rooms
Main living room with fireplace
Kitchen
Garden with barbecue and small swimming pool
House linens: linen sheets, pure cotton towels (bathroom and pool), kitchen towels

Daily housekeeping service for common areas and garden maintenance is included (bedrooms and kitchen excluded).

Weekly Rates:

High season: €350/night + tourist tax (based on number of guests)
Low season (September 1st – June 13th): €320/night + tourist tax (based on number of guests)
End-of-stay cleaning fee: €150
